Apni to Paathshala ...
I came across a poem about school days
Gone are the days when we sat to chat with friends ongrounds. Now we chat in chat rooms.....
When a single P.T. period in the week's Time Table, Was awaited more eagerly than the monsoons.
When cricket was played with writing pads as bats, And Neckties and socks rolled into balls.
But the best is
Gone are the days where we had no money in our pockets and fun filled in our hearts. Now we have the ATM as well as credit card but with an empty heart.

For once you really touched my nerve. Yes, a very empty heart I must say. I was happier by being just an engineer, and much happier being a collge going yuppie and the happiest in school. Sigh.
@kanishka: good (believe me) to see ur comment with a sigh too:-)
I have always been fascinated by the anatomy of your nerves.. hopefully second, third times would follow:-)
That was too good Manya ..it is just giving me nostalgic feeling yaar. And your comments and the similar stuff in Lage Raho Munnabhai at the beginning of the movie..they have some similarities. Did you watch this movie?
@yogsma: LRM is the only Hindi movie i have seen in the past 4 months..having seen atleast 20 horror/supernatural flicks.
I truly enjoyed watching it. Needless to say, I saw it alone:-)

And, so true...a wallet full of credit cards, but an empty heart...
I yearn for the carefree, fun filled childhood days
Hopped....pardon my typos. :)
