Sounds amazing..there was one more equation by De Moivre. Either Euler proved this equation first e^i*pi = -1 or De Moivre proved first e^i*theta = cos(theta) + isin(theta)..so fianlly you get what Euler said as per your blog.I do not remember exactly who proved first what.
This equn is also known as a mathematical beauty. :-)
