Best Online Banking
I am in a sermonizing mood nowadays. Gyaan baat raha hu mein aajkal :-)
So here is the latest tip. If u are working in India, please please open your salary account with ICICI Bank. This advice comes from someone who currently holds accounts with 3 leading Indian banks and has dabbled with PSU animals in the past. ICICI is hands down, legs up no. 1 in terms of customer ease, service and security.

Ji,ji. Aisa hi karenge! :)
For me personally the experience has been better with HDFC and not so good with ICICI..so i'd venture its also a matter of which branch, how good the employees there are, and how your rapport with them is, that ultimately defines a good banking experience
i used to have one (salary account) with ABN Amro..they seemed nice!!!! but what do I know!!!!!
@ Jas - Uske pehle aapko Kaneda ki citizenship tyaag ke bharat mata ki kokh(!) me vapaas aana padega :-)
@ Arka - Good to see your comment. And good to see a comment from Benin. My blog is going global he he. And as per your feedback I agree however it's my mistake not writing my point clearly. What I really wanted to convey was ICICI is best in online banking as compared to others. I use online banking very very extensively and have explored many features hence this pontification.
@ Moi - Thats the line.. "what do I know!!!!" :-)
what if your living abroad and need an international debit card with indian rupees in it?
i hate doing any banking these days. i particularly don't like those call-center menus which start with the words "press 1 for..." & end with "the number you've pressed is invalid".
i'm also lousy at remembering all those PINs/ TINs/ etc :(
