Registan IV - "HOSTEL UPDATES:"

It has been noticed that the electrical appliances and other equipments were found misusing. Many of the villa heads and occupants trying hard to keep the hostel clean and tidy, few students are least bothered about the cleanliness. Especially the irons are not switched off after use; this is a very serious act of carelessness. Don’t put others life into dangerous situation.

There is few complaints regularly reported to me is Kitchen sink blockage. – It has been noticed that the left over food particles are dumped carelessly into the sink, which results the blockage.

On 12th July 2005 on my morning rounds to the villas the following observations noted for your corrective actions:-

Iron – first leavel.

Most of the same complaints repated on 13th and 14th of July 2005. Each individual occupants are responsible for any excess of electricity consumption, and breakdown of equipment due to misuse.
Villa heads please make sure all the above short comings are Plugged immediately by imposing fines.

VILLA HEADS :- ARRANGE A MEETING WITH ALL OCCUPANTS VILLA WISE TO KNOW YOUR FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS.
